Who Is Tyler?

Hi! I'm a roleplayer and gamer of various sorts dating back to my first exposure to D&D in the 1980s. I've been an avid player and author for systems as diverse as GURPS, World of Darkness, Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder and Champions. I'm also a programmer and technologist in general, and when my "copious" spare time permits, an author.

Tyler AKA Tyler_Zoro AKA Jarvis Canadian is a pseudonym that I've been using online for over a decade now. It all started when someone threatened my family and I online. I decided that using my real name wasn't so bright, and so I came up with a pseudonym, formed by mashing two relatively random words together. Tyler is a man's name, but it's also an older spelling of the word for a roof worker or "tiler." Zoro is obviously the name of a classic movie that I enjoyed as a child.

Jarvis Canadian was again made up of a pair of words that started with a man's first name that had various other meanings and Canada, a country I quite like (but I'm American, not Canadian).
